IcePeak Systems manufactures and distributes commercial ice machines, cold storage systems, and refrigeration equipment. Product specifications, images, and descriptions on the Site are for informational purposes only and may be updated without prior notice. Actual product features and availability may vary by region.
Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quote through our Site does not constitute a binding order. All orders are subject to acceptance by IcePeak Systems and confirmation of product availability. Pricing is provided on a per-quote basis and is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing.

IcePeak equipment is sold with manufacturer warranties as specified in individual product documentation. Standard warranty terms cover parts and labor for specified periods. Extended warranty and service agreement options are available. Warranty claims must be processed through authorized IcePeak service centers.
IcePeak Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this Site or the purchase and use of our products, except as required by applicable law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.
All technical specifications, performance data, and capacity ratings published on the Site are based on standardized test conditions as defined by AHRI, ASHRAE, or applicable industry standards. Actual performance in field conditions may vary based on ambient temperature, water quality, installation configuration, and maintenance practices.
Products sold by IcePeak Systems may be subject to export control laws and regulations. By purchasing our products, you agree to comply with all applicable export laws and not to export or re-export products to prohibited destinations without proper authorization.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
IcePeak Systems reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
